Amit Sanghvi, Managing Director, Europe, Q4 Inc.

As the Managing Director for Europe, Amit leads the overall growth strategy and brand vision for Q4's European subsidiary. Prior to joining Q4 in 2017, Amit owned and operated CapMark Clarity (acquired by Q4 in 2017), a company that built a self-learning shareholder data processing system. He has also led the analytics team and managed the development of the IR platform for Sydney-based First Advisers. Amit‘s past and present clients include companies listed in the ASX 100, AEX 25, CAC 40, DAX 30, JSE 40, OMX Nordic 40 and SMI 20. Amit's passion for helping blue chip companies achieve excellence in IR is matched only by his passion for sustainability and the Liverpool football club.


Andrea Rose, Joele Frank

For over a decade, Andi has worked with companies across industries to provide strategic communications counsel on a wide range of high-profile, complex issues. Her areas of expertise include:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions: She advises companies involved in both friendly and unsolicited M&A transactions. Recent assignments include advising Broadcom in its proposal to acquire Qualcomm, Thermo Fisher in its acquisition of Patheon, DirecTV in its sale to AT&T, and US Airways in its merger with American Airlines.
  • Shareholder Activism: Her recent activism and proxy fight experience includes Procter & Gamble (Trian), Deckers (Marcato), Lowe’s (D.E. Shaw), (Starboard), Monotype (Starboard), iRobot (Red Mountain), DuPont (Trian), Procter & Gamble (Pershing Square), and Clorox (Carl Icahn).

Donnelly in its spin-offs of LSC Communications and Donnelly Financial Solutions, Sealed Air in its spin-off of Diversey Care, Ventas in its spin-off of Care Capital Properties, and McDermott International in its separation into two independent companies.

In 2012 Andi was named one of PR News’ “People to Watch.” Prior to joining Joele Frank in 2006, she worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in the Corporate and Investor Relations practice. She received a BA in English from Dartmouth College.

Billy Eckert, Head of Surveillance & Intelligence, Q4 Inc.

Billy Eckert is the Head of our Surveillance & Intelligence division at Q4 and has been involved in surveillance and investor relations consulting for 7 years, serving clients ranging in market caps from $100M to $90B. Billy has advised across a number of sectors including: Industrials; Transportation; Materials; Energy; Consumer Goods; Financials; Communication Services; Consumer Services; Technology; and, Utilities. Over his career, Billy has provided critical and actionable intelligence to Investor relations officers and C-Level executives on equity and options trading, shareholder intelligence, shareholder targeting and best practices in the field of investor relations, partnering with some of the world's most renowned publicly traded companies.


Cathy H. Conlon, Head of Corporate Issuer Product, Strategy, Broadridge

Cathy is the head of Corporate Issuer Product and Strategy for Broadridge’s Investor Communications Solutions (ICS) division where she oversees the development and execution of the issuer growth strategy. In this role, Cathy spearheaded the acquisition of Summit Financial Disclosure and has driven the launch of several new products and services to the issuer market. Cathy was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Virtual Shareholder Meeting (VSM) platform and is an expert in the use of virtual meetings for public company annual meetings.


Chad Spitler, Founder & CEO, Third Economy

Chad Spitler is the Founder and CEO of Third Economy, a sustainable investment research and advisory firm. Chad was formerly a Partner at PJT CamberView, an advisory firm specializing in helping public companies engage with their investors particularly around complex or contested shareholder matters. He is most widely known for his role building what are now BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship and Sustainable Investing teams. As a Managing Director at the world’s largest asset manager, Chad led the team responsible for analyzing how environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors may impact financial performance, and integrating that analysis into investment decisions, proxy voting, corporate engagement and product development. His work facilitated billions of dollars of capital into sustainable investments and hundreds of public companies to integrate long-term thinking into their business strategies.

Chad speaks both publicly and privately with regulators, policy makers, non-profits, academics and the largest global companies and investors, to further the field of sustainable investing and transition the capital markets to a lower carbon economy. With over 20 years of institutional investing and sustainability experience, he sits on the Finance Working Group of the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, and the Dean’s External Advisory Board of the University of Michigan’s School for the Environment and Sustainability. He holds an M.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a B.S. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.


Daniel Eller, Executive Director IR, Ally Financial Inc.

Executive Director, Investor Relations at Ally Financial Inc.

Daniel Eller was named Executive Director of Investor Relations in May of 2018. In this role he is responsible for communicating the company’s strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives to shareholders and the investor community.

Prior to this role, Eller spent two years overseeing Ally’s Balance Sheet Management team, where he was responsible for the management of the company’s interest rate risk position management and balance sheet allocation strategy.

Eller joined Ally in 2009 where he worked on the financial planning and analysis team. In this role, he was responsible for enterprise-wide forecasting and planning. In 2014 he became the FP&A executive, adding responsibility for Ally’s global functions finance team.

Prior to joining Ally, he spent five years at Bank of America, beginning his career in the finance rotational analyst program and later joining the ABS Structured Funding team within the Bank of America Merrill Lynch division.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and an executive master’s degree in business from McColl School of Business at Queens University. Eller serves on the YMCA board for the Childress Klein division and the Alumni Advisory Board of Queens University.


Darrell Heaps, CEO, Q4 INC.

Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur and has spent his career building software companies from small to large. As the CEO of Q4 Inc. Darrell has led the company’s vision and unique marketing and sales strategy to help Q4 become a recognized leader in the IR space. Darrell together with the global Q4 team are revolutionizing the IR space by delivering advanced technology solutions to help IROs manage, analyze and improve their engagement with the capital markets. On a personal front, Darrell is an avid cyclist and mountain biker and lives in Toronto with his wife and is a proud father of two children. Darrell studied Business and Computer Science at York University.

Elizabeth Librizzi, Head of Corporate Access, & Advisory Services, AllianceBernstein

Elizabeth Librizzi joined AllianceBernstein in January of 2019 as the Head of Corporate Access. In the summer of 2019, her remit expanded to include Advisory Services. Prior to joining AB, Elizabeth spent 3 years at Credit Suisse as the Head of US Corporate Access and 17 years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of roles including Head of Corporate Access in the Americas, commission management and institutional equity sales.


Gary LaBranche, CEO, NIRI

Gary LaBranche, President & CEO of NIRI, will be leading our general session on The Future of Investor Relations. LaBranche’s experience in the IR industry makes him the perfect person to dig into the Think Tank report on IR and discuss the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead for the IR profession. This includes the growth of data analytics, the rise of passive investing, and IR evolving as a team function.


Graham Donahue, Director, Newgen Asset Management

Mr. Donahue has 25 years experience in financial services globally. Mr. Donahue is currently a director with Newgen Asset Management, a privately owned hedge fund based in Toronto. Prior to that Mr. Donahue was Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at a publicly traded mining company. Mr. Donahue also approximately 10 years as Managing Director, Head of Sales and Trading, Europe, for a major Canadian Bank based in London where he ran hundreds of road shows, took part in numerous IPO’s and countless fundraising activities for public companies. Mr. Donahue is a CFA charterholder.


Jack Hensley, Manager, Financial Reporting Solutions, Business Wire

Jack Hensley is the Manager of Financial Reporting Solutions at Business Wire. For nearly 30 years, Jack has been focused solely on supporting the investor relations, disclosure and compliance needs of public companies. As both a corporate communications professional and sales executive, Jack possesses the unique ability to offer a service, sales and corporate-side perspective to managing an IR program. He currently oversees the sales efforts around the partnership between Q4 and Business Wire.

Jack previously held the role of Strategic Sales Specialist at Business Wire where he focused primarily on supporting the company’s NYSE partnership and the disclosure needs of IPO’s. Additionally, he oversaw Business Wire’s sales efforts related to their strategic partnership with Workiva which aligns the investor relations responsibilities with that of Financial Reporting to help mitigate potential risk in the disclosure and external reporting process.

Prior to joining Business Wire, Jack has held the position of Director of Investor Relations & Compliance Solutions and Director of Business Development at PR Newswire; Vice President of Investor & Public Relations at a small cap public company; Deal Manager, XBRL SME and Sales Consultant for RR Donnelley and Vice President of Sales at Bowne & Co (acquired by RR Donnelley).

Jack has been an active member of NIRI since 1998 and currently serves as the President of the Florida Chapter. Over the years, Jack has completed multiple sales training courses with the most recent being certification in Miller Heiman’s Strategic & Conceptual Sales Methodology.


James Benum, SVP Product, Q4 Inc.

As Senior Vice President of Product, James oversees Q4’s product strategy and execution. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space, including sales, R&D, and professional services, he brings a uniquely broad and diverse perspective to Q4’s clients and management team. Prior to joining Q4, James was the Head of Product and Channels for PriceMetrix (a division of McKinsey & Company), a wealth management SaaS data and analytics solution. He also served as a Product Line Executive at IBM, leading their Sales Performance Management (SPM) portfolio strategy. Prior to IBM, he was the Director of Product Management for Siemens Enterprise Communications building solutions for global contact centres in over 60 countries.

James holds a Masters Degree in Management Analytics from Queen’s University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Economics from the University of Guelph. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA).


Jeff Myers, Lead Product Manager & VP, Q4 Inc.

Jeff Myers is Lead Product Manager and Vice President at Q4 Inc. He has been in the investor relations field for more than 20 years providing intelligence about capital markets behavior, stock price activity, and institutional shareholder ownership. During his career, Jeff has co-founded two IR firms. His most recent responsibilities involve direction and strategy for Q4’s Intelligence offering.

Jeff began his career working directly with the market at the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He built on this experience to become a stockbroker and build an understanding of institutional order flow. Jeff has held positions at Grabill-Bloom, Thomson Financial, Bloom Partners, NASDAQ Oxford Intelligence Partners.


Jerry Richards, CFO, PotlatchDeltic

Jerry Richards is a certified public accountant and has been the chief financial officer of PotlatchDeltic Corporation, a publicly traded timber REIT, for six years.  At PotlatchDeltic, he is responsible for accounting, treasury, internal audit, tax and IT in addition to serving as the company’s investor relations officer. 

Prior to Potlatch, Jerry spent eleven years at Weyerhaeuser Company where his last role was chief accounting officer.  He also worked in public accounting for twelve years, including nine years with KPMG LLP. 

Jerry and Kelly have been married for over thirty years and they have three daughters and one son.


Karen Greene, IR Partner, Q4 Inc.

Karen recently joined Q4 to help launch the Investor Relations Success Platform. Bringing close to 30 years of experience as a senior executive overseeing investor relations and marketing communications for both large, small cap and newly public companies. More specifically, Karen has managed through a wide range of hurdles, milestones and challenges. Karen started her career in Investor Relations at CIGNA Insurance, followed by Safeguard Scientifics and went on to run IR and Marketing Communications for Actua (formerly known as Internet Capital Group) shortly after the company’s inception until its wind down in April 2018. She has demonstrated success in targeting and transforming the investor base of publicly traded companies, as well as preparing private companies for the IPO process. Karen also brings first-hand knowledge and best practices for how to successfully navigate through a wide range of investor relations issues such as missed earnings guidance, M&A, activist activity, restructurings, strategic shifts, rebrands and corporate governance.

Karen has an MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business/Boston University School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.


Katie Turner, Partner, ICR

Katie Turner is Partner at ICR. Katie has led pre-IPO and publicly traded global consumer branded goods companies through all aspects of strategic communications for over ten years. Throughout her career, Katie has analyzed companies from the perspective of a strategic corporate communications consultant and an equity analyst with senior-level capital advisory expertise. Her perspective provides management teams with unique insight into Wall Street and enables clients to navigate all financial communications situations, including IPOs, secondary offerings, crisis communications, M&A and executive transitions, short-seller attacks and shareholder activism. Prior to joining ICR, she worked at Georgeson, a leading provider of strategic shareholder consulting services with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests and corporate governance consulting. Prior to Georgeson, Katie was a consumer analyst at the multi-strategy hedge-fund, Dawson Herman Capital Management. She earned a B.A. in Journalism and Media Communications from Rutgers University.


Kristina McCahon, Director, IR & Chief of Staff, SLAND Worldwide

Kristina McCahon is Director, Investor Relations & Chief of Staff at SLANG Worldwide. In this role, she is a primary point of contact for the investment community and other key stakeholders. Prior to joining SLANG, Ms. McCahon had several years of experience in the financial services industry including positions at BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and CIBC Wood Gundy. At those institutions, Ms. McCahon worked primarily on the Corporate Access teams with responsibility for the planning and execution of IPOs and other investor marketing events. She was also actively involved in relationship management, liaising between issuers and investment banking, research, sales and trading teams, as well as institutional investors.


Lindsey Reardon, Corporate Access Manager Americas, Wellington Management

Lindsey Reardon - Corporate Access Manager - Americas

As the Corporate Access Manager - Americas, Lindsey is responsible for building out and overseeing corporate access for Wellington Management. This involves the coordination and management of access to corporates and experts in partnership with investors. It also includes on- and off-site meetings, site visits, conference calls, roadshows, investment conferences and bespoke field trips.

Before joining Wellington Management in 2019, Lindsey worked at Jefferies & Co., where most recently she was co-Head of Boston Equities, but held many roles in equity sales and corporate access over her thirteen years with the firm (2007 – 2019). Prior to Jefferies, she was a sales and trading assistant at Piper Jaffray (2005 – 2007). Earlier, she was an assistant for the finance team at Wellington Management (2003 – 2005).

Lindsey received her bachelor of business & communications from Roger Williams University in 2003.

Matt Cino, IR Advisory Services, PJT Camberview

Matt Cino developed and leads PJT Camberview’s IR Advisory service, and works with clients across a broad spectrum of investor related challenges related to financial performance, activism and corporate governance / Board matters. He has 15 years of combined portfolio management and corporate advisory experience.

Matt was formerly a long-only value equity analyst and portfolio manager at Deutsche Asset Management, Lockwell Investments and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Matt received a BA in economics from Trinity College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business,


Matthew Tractenberg , IR Partner, Q4 Inc.

Matt Tractenberg has been a senior executive providing finance and Investor Relations services to public companies, including Cisco Systems and Belden, for more than 20 years. Currently, Matt is an Investor Relations Partner at Q4, delivering IR advisory services to clients through an innovative solution titled The IR Success Platform. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at WestRock, a U.S. based provider of paper and packaging solutions with sales exceeding $20 billion annually.

Mr. Tractenberg has held a variety of finance roles and IR roles at companies across a variety of sectors including technology, industrial, and basic materials. He is a regular public speaker on corporate strategy, financial market structure, and corporate positioning. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA specializing in Financial Management & Markets. Born and raised in New York, he now lives in Atlanta with his wife Paige and two children.


Maureen Wolff, CEO, Sharon Merrill Associates

Maureen T. Wolff is Chief Executive Officer at Sharon Merrill Associates. A national thought leader in investor relations and corporate communications, Maureen formulates the firm’s strategic vision and business strategy, and provides high-level strategic counsel to its clients. She is a past chairman and board member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), a NIRI Fellow, vice chairman of the NIRI IR Certification committee and a member of NIRI’s Senior IR Roundtable steering committee. Megan Capay, Head of Corporate Access, Surveyor Capital

Megan Capay is Head of Corporate Access for Surveyor Capital at Citadel.

Prior to joining Surveyor Capital in March 2016, Ms. Capay served as Director of European Corporate Access at Citigroup. Previously, she served as the Director of International Corporate Access at Barclays, as an Associate Director of US Equity Sales at UBS and as a Vice President of European Corporate Access at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Capay began her career as an Associate Analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Ms. Capay holds the designation Chartered Financial Analyst and received a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.


Michael Becker, Executive VP, Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives, Business Wire

Michael Becker is Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at Business Wire.

Michael is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and managing the relationships between Business Wire and its third-party partners.

Michael Fein, Executive VP, Head of U.S Operations, Kingsdale Advisors

Michael Fein is Executive Vice President, Head of U.S. Operations at Kingsdale Advisors where he leverages over 25 years of experience on Wall Street to help clients achieve their objectives in shareholder elections with a particular focus on special situations, including transactions and activist campaigns. His expertise spans strategic advisory, corporate governance advisory, and executive compensation matters. Michael's extensive buy-side experience makes him unique in the valuable insight he is able to provide corporate clients on how to best generate investor support.

Michael began his career at Prudential Asset Management Company as Director of Marketing for PAMCO subsidiary, Matrix Capital Management. Prior to joining Kingsdale, Michael was Senior Managing Director at Okapi Partners LLC where he advised clients on numerous high-profile transactions and proxy contests. During his career, Michael has sourced and structured more than 350 transactions and successfully orchestrated numerous restructurings and turnarounds. He has also assisted in building several businesses through board positions with portfolio companies.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Michael Harboe-Jørgensen, Head of IR, Maersk Drilling

Michael Harboe-Jorgensen is Head of Investor Relations in Maersk Drilling. After working more than 15 years in the fields of corporate strategy, M&A and market research, he entered the investor relations field in 2018, where he joined Maersk Drilling to prepare for the planned spin-off from A.P. Moller – Maersk. Since the spin-off and listing of Maersk Drilling in April 2019, Michael has focused on establishing the investor relations practice based on effective investor communication and investor marketing including investor targeting.

Michael has an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from London School of Economics and an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.


Mike Coffey, VP, Solutions Engineerings, Q4 Inc.

Mike Coffey is Vice President, Head of Solutions Engineering at Q4Inc., where he leverages his stock surveillance and market intelligence expertise with Q4 clients and prospects. Mike has been following the capital markets for well over 20 years.

Previously Mike has held titles including Director at Grabill-Bloom, Vice President at Thomson Financials’ Corporate Group, Managing Partner at Bloom Partners, Managing Director of NASDAQ’s Corporate Services Group and Managing Partner at Oxford Intelligence Partners. Mike began his career at Northern Trust Bank where he was a team leader for the Asset Analysis group.


Nick Bontkowski, Head of Sales, North America, Q4 Inc.

As Q4's Head of Sales, North America, Nick is responsible for all growth strategy for Q4. This includes partnerships, channel and direct sales for Q4. Since joining Q4 in October 2015, he has been instrumental in the accelerated growth as a member of the Sales Organization.

Prior to joining the team, Nick held various leadership roles in Sales and Business Development for several SaaS companies, most recently ON24. His passion is in helping customers through the buyer's journey and uncovering opportunities of growth for organizations.

When he’s not leading the Sales team for Q4, his passion is in coaching youth in his hometown, Charlotte, NC. He has developed and launched a youth training and mentoring program for middle school children in which he leads and guides youth on a path of overcoming barriers, understanding fitness and becoming DreamChasers.


Peter W. McDermott, Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry

Peter McDermott is Senior Client Partner in the Corporate Affairs Center of Expertise for Korn Ferry, based in the Firm’s New York office.

A seasoned investor relations search consultant with both US and European experience, Peter has an impressive international track record placing senior level corporate investor relations and communications talent, across a wide spectrum of clients.

Mr. McDermott joined Korn Ferry from a boutique firm specialized in the investor relations and corporate affairs function, where he held leadership positions in both their London and New York offices. Mr. McDermott also spent time in the APAC region doing both candidate and business development. Previously, Mr. McDermott was an associate at a global executive search firm, where he supported multiple financial services practices through research, candidate identification and outreach. He began his career with Bloomberg LP.

Mr. McDermott is active in several of the professional organizations that are connected with the top functional leaders; He serves on the board of the LAGRANT Foundation, which promotes diversity in the field of public relations. He is on the Operating Committee (Board) and co-Chair of the Membership Committee of Page Up and the Arthur W. Page Society. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute; and is a member of the team that sponsors the Korn Ferry/NIRI biennial International Corporate IR Compensation Study.

Mr. McDermott is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Communications Studies and American Studies, coupled with a concentration in Ethnic Studies and a minor in History.

Rebecca has served as the principal IRO for nearly a decade, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for GreenSky, Inc. This is Rebecca's second consecutive role assisting in the transition from private a company to a public entity. She is integral and trusted member of senior management teams and brings a diversity of experience including corporate banking and finance, real estate investment, strategic planning and marketing. Throughout her career she has thrived in a range of environments from start-up, entrepreneurial companies to mega-cap companies and has spanned industries from restaurants and hospitality, retail apparel and footwear, to technology including both cyber security and fintech.

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Sean McCurdy, Managing Director, Rivel

As a leading advocate for investor relations professionals, who face various challenges in their role as an intermediary between management and the investment community, Sean is frequently invited to speak at various industry and IR conferences locally in New York, as well as regional or national events across the country. Steve Hufford, Director IR, Blackbaud

Steve Hufford is the Director of Investor Relations at Blackbaud, a leading cloud software company headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina serving over 45,000 social good organizations, including nonprofits, foundations, companies, education institutions, healthcare institutions, and the individuals who support them. Since joining Blackbaud in 2011, Steve has held various roles spanning corporate FP&A, strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. He transitioned to investor relations shortly after the company moved to in-source the function in 2014. Since the decision to in-source, Blackbaud has expanded sell-side coverage from two analysts to ten, secured inclusion in the S&P 400 midcap index, developed a global investor marketing strategy, published the company’s first social responsibility report, and in 2019 was awarded “Best use of technology and social media” by IR Magazine. Steve demonstrates a commitment to the IR profession as an active member of NIRI and holder of the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Steve was employed as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University. Outside of Blackbaud, Steve is actively involved in various organizations in the local Charleston community through volunteering and board service.
